Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If for any reason you're not happy with your item, simply reach out to us within two weeks of receiving it. We'll gladly assist you in returning your products.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at support@devavida.com or via the chat on our website.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with clear instructions on how to send your package back to us and full address. Please remember that we can only accept returns that have been authorized beforehand. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. DAMAGED OR INCORECT ITEMS

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want every aspect of your shopping experience to be perfect. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know right away. 

We genuinely care about making things right for you. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we would love the opportunity to provide you with a full refund or a prompt replacement. Please send us photos of the item so we can address the issue correctly.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Personalized products: This encompasses special orders or personalized items that are crafted specifically for you.
  • Personal care goods: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items such as beauty products.
  • Sale items: Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gift cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, as they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Free gifts: Any free gifts provided with your order are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for other items or refunded.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your order. Please note our policy regarding order cancellations:

• Within 1 Hour of Placing the Order:
We do accept order cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. If you change your mind during this period, feel free to reach out via Etsy messages, and we will process the cancellation.

• After 1 Hour but Within 12 Hours:
If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 1-hour window but within 12 hours of placing the order, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. We strive to accommodate changes to your order during this timeframe, but please be aware of this fee.

• After 12 Hours:
We are unable to cancel orders that are beyond the 12-hour window from the time of placement. Orders that have surpassed the 12-hour mark are considered final and will not be canceled.

 

RESTOCKING FEES

Restocking fees may be applied in certain situations where there is a loss of value of returned products or for order cancellations. These fees help cover the costs associated with processing returned items and preparing them for resale. Restocking fees may be applied under but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Loss of Value of Returned Products: If returned products are not in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging, a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund amount to account for the diminished value of the item.

• Order Cancellations: For cancellations requested after the specified timeframe outlined in our order cancellation policy, a restocking fee may be applied. Please refer to our order cancellation policy for more information on applicable timeframes and fees.

 

UK & EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD

In addition to our standard return policy, if your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without needing to provide justification. This policy does not apply for NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS.

Similar to our standard policy, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.


RETURN PROCESSING & REFUNDS

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will promptly issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note that restocking fees may be applied if there is any loss of value to the item. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we received back your items and you have not received your money, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
