MY PACKAGE IS STUCK IN THE SHIPPING COMPANY'S FACILITY! WHAT TO DO?

We're so sorry for any inconvenience caused by the delay of your package. Unfortunately, occasional delays at the shipping companies' facilities are beyond our control. Please reach out to your local post office for more information about your shipment.

While we can't be held responsible for carriers delays, we're here to help in any way we can. Feel free to text us, and we'll do our best to assist you throughout the process.

• We can guarantee ONLY crafting and shipping out your package within the your ship-by date.
• Shipping carrier delays are beyond our control, and WE ARE NOT responsible for them!
• Express Shipping upgrades are available at checkout for all products. Choose Express Shipping if you have a specific date in mind.

MY ORDER SHOWS AS "DELIVERED", BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT.

Unfortunately delivery companies occasionally pre-scan packages, causing a delay. If your order shows as 'Delivered' but hasn't arrived yet, please wait a couple of days, check with neighbors or nearby spots, and confirm your address accuracy. If it's still missing, contact us so we can work this out together.
We ship every order with a valid tracking number. While we aren't responsible for refunds or replacements for missing orders, we're committed to assisting you in locating your order or facilitating refunds through the responsible parties.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please, make sure to double check the estimated delivery dates for each product before placing an order. They show the soonest and the latest possible delivery date, keep in mind that we are trying to deliver every order as quick as possible, but sometimes delays with the shipping companies happen, especially in the holiday season.

• These dates are estimated, not guaranteed!
• We can not guarantee delivery before the end of the estimated time period!
• If you need an order sooner, please upgrade your shipping at checkout - we do offer multiple shipping options. The free shipping option is standard.

Each order is shipped with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it, please reach out to us if you're having any troubles.

I NEED MY ORDER BEFORE THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES.

If you need your order sooner, please see our shipping upgrades. We do offer Express Shipping for all products, select yours at checkout and you will see the new estimated delivery time frame.

• Upgrading your Shipping option will rush ONLY the delivery process, NOT the Production time needed.
• Please keep in mind that we are ONLY responsible for delivering within the estimated delivery dates (from the soonest date to the latest), although the orders usually arrive much faster.
• The Free Shipping option is Standard.

!!! Please, double check the estimated delivery dates before placing an order! Notes left upon ordering, such as "I need it by X date, please send it ASAP", "It's a gift, please deliver it in X days", WILL NOT be honored!

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD AND EXPRESS SHIPPING?

With our Free and Standard Shipping options, we rely on local delivery services, typically USPS for the US, Evri or Royal Mail for the UK, Canada Post if you're in Canada and Australia Post in Australia.
However, keep in mind that delays beyond our control may happen with this option!

If you go for the Express Shipping option, your package will speed through DHL or FedEx, depending on your specific location and area.

We always provide a tracking number so you can easily check your shipping carrier on the order page. If you're having troubles accessing your tracking information, please don't hesitate to contact us. Keep in mind that tracking details might take a little while to update as your package makes its way to you.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over $60 within the US. Fulfillment time is 1-3 days for ready-to-ship products and 2-10 days for personalized items. Shipping times vary by location. All orders come with tracking info.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

• Within 1 Hour of Placing the Order:
We do accept order cancellations within 1 hour of placing the order. If you change your mind during this period, feel free to reach out and we will process the cancellation.

• After 1 Hour but Within 12 Hours:
If you wish to cancel your order after the initial 1-hour window but within 12 hours of placing the order, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. We strive to accommodate changes to your order during this timeframe, but please be aware of this fee.

• After 12 Hours:
We are unable to cancel orders that are beyond the 12-hour window from the time of placement. Orders that have surpassed the 12-hour mark are considered final and will not be canceled.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

  • Within 1 Hour of Placing the Order:
    We accept changes to your order within 1 hour of placement. If you need to make adjustments during this period, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assist with your request.
  • After 1 Hour but Within 12 Hours:
    If you wish to make changes to your order after the initial 1-hour window but within 12 hours, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please be aware of this fee.
  • After 12 Hours:
    We are unable to make changes to orders that are beyond the 12-hour window from the time of placement. Orders that have surpassed the 12-hour mark are considered final and cannot be altered.

When purchasing customized products from us, you will be required to add all specific details in the listing's personalization bar and/or send your photos via email.

• If there are any missing details we won't be able to process your order!
• We will send you messages and if necessary emails!
• The maximum we will wait for you to reply is 24h in order to keep up with your estimated delivery date!
• Depending on the specific product, if you fail to reply in that time frame your order WILL get either sent to production as it is, delayed or cancelled and refunded!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ARE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?

• We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for custom made personalized products.

• We DO accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized products if the item is damaged, misprinted, or if there is an error caused by us.

If you wish to return or exchange your non-custom product you are responsible to send it back to our office at your cost. Once received in original condition, we will issue a refund or send replacement product.

If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can address the issue and make it right!

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To request a return, please contact us at support@devavida.com or via the chat on our website.

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with clear instructions on how to send your package back to us and full address. Please remember that we can only accept returns that have been authorized beforehand. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
